When renting a car from Carac, the price includes the following: Collision Damage Waiver with no excess, Third Party Insurance, Theft Protection, Fire Protection, 24-hour Breakdown Assistance, Unlimited Mileage, First additional Driver, Booster Seat, VAT, and local taxes.
Maximum number of drivers per rental is three including the main driver. There is no charge for the 1st additional driver, for the second additional driver an extra charge of 3€ will apply for each day of the rental.
Of course, please ensure that you return the car at the ontime, the date and at the drop-off location specified on the rental agreement. Failure to return the car as stated may result in additional charges. Kindly inform us in advance if you anticipate any delays.

Carac offers car delivery to any hotel in Crete, as long as you notify us before booking and agree to the extra charge for the delivery service.
That means that the car is delivered to the renter with a minimum of ¼ tank of petrol and should be brought back with the same amount. No refunds will be provided for any excess fuel.
No credit card is necessary for the rental process. However, if you prefer to pay by credit card, we accept all major credit card types except for AMERICAN EXPRESS.
